Such practice includes but is not limited to construction contract disputes (both prosecuting and defending)- public and private works-and attendant litigation where necessary; extra work, delay and disruption claims; stop notice and mechanics lien rights; contractor and subcontractor listing and bid issues; contractor and subcontractor contract drafting and negotiation issues; and general business contract litigation issues.
